Stressed? Tired? Feeling under the weather, or down and out? Come learn about herbs to incorporate into your daily life to get yourself on the road to total wellness!

Learn to identify common, safe, easy to use herbs that are found in Maine's gardens, fields, and forests. Tips for how to cultivate and use herbs for food and medicine will be shared. Please wear comfortable footwear and appropriate outdoor clothing, and bring drinking water if desired. $5-10 donation appreciated.

Lauren Errickson is a permaculture designer, farmer, and educator, operating Singing Nettle Farm with her partner, Bill, in Brooks, Maine. Lauren's background in natural resources, ecology, and herbal medicine allows her to create resilient garden systems that provide for humans while rehabilitating the landscape. Lauren holds an advanced degree from the University of New Hampshire and Permaculture Design Certification from Humustacia Gardens in Whitefield, Maine.
